1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

The item is not part of a final sale, customized, or marked as non-returnable.

The return is initiated via email or our return portal with valid proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items

3. Return & Exchange Process

Request: Email us at support@wardrobeworld.co.in with order details and reason for return.

Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

Shipping: You may be asked to self-ship the product to our Thane warehouse address or schedule a pickup (where applicable).

Inspection: Upon receipt, the item will be inspected.

Refund/Exchange:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

Exchanges will be shipped once the original item passes inspection.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Damaged items: We cover return shipping.

Other reasons (e.g., size issues): Return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise stated.
