Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

At Wardrobe World, we strive to ensure you love every purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy.
 

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns/exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The request is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • The item is not part of a final sale, customized, or marked as non-returnable.

  • The return is initiated via email or our return portal with valid proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Lingerie, undergarments, or personal wear for hygiene reasons

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized or personalized items

3. Return & Exchange Process

  1. Request: Email us at support@wardrobeworld.co.in with order details and reason for return.

  2. Approval: We’ll respond within 48 hours with instructions.

  3. Shipping: You may be asked to self-ship the product to our Thane warehouse address or schedule a pickup (where applicable).

  4. Inspection: Upon receipt, the item will be inspected.

  5. Refund/Exchange:

    • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

    • Exchanges will be shipped once the original item passes inspection.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective/Damaged items: We cover return shipping.

  • Other reasons (e.g., size issues): Return shipping is at your expense unless otherwise stated.
